Where Stones Talk
Growing up near Englishman River
in
Errington, BC, gave me opportunity to
study nature, while still maintaining a level of
spirituality, from my West Coast Salish
Heritage. There were times in the early
morning, when the river's stones appeared
almost luminescent, with the true substance
of each individual stone, adding color to the
environment, in their own unique way.
Even though I no longer live in Errington,
I
often take road trips back home, to gather
inspiration, or just to sit and listen to my own
heart beat.
